Ingredients:
2 litres apple cider
1.5 litres cranberry juice
50 grams brown sugar
4 small cinnamon sticks
15 whole cloves
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Makes approx 15-20 servings
In a large pot, combine the apple cider, cranberry juice, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves and lemon slices.

30 cl port
20 cl blackberry schnapps or orange schnapps
6-8 cardamom seeds
10 whole cloves
1 small cinnamon stick
1 orange peel (without white part)
